Network Plus is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Catsfield, Battle. Following the recent acquisition of Littlewood Group, the UK’s largest independent fencing company, we are actively strengthening our commercial capability to support continued growth across our expanding portfolio of infrastructure solutions.
In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in managing the commercial and financial aspects of our projects. Littlewood Group brings a strong reputation for delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions, particularly within the MOD, MOJ, and critical national infrastructure, alongside exposure to major initiatives such as HS2. Our core focus remains firmly on operational excellence, safety, and building long-term client partnerships.
Key responsibilities for the Senior Quantity Surveyor include:
- Managing all financial and contractual aspects of assigned projects from inception to final account.
- Providing robust commercial support and advice to operational teams.
- Preparing accurate cost valuations, variations, applications for payment, and managing subcontractor accounts.
- Ensuring adherence to company commercial procedures and mitigating risks across the project portfolio.
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to maintain strong, lasting partnerships.
- Contributing to the commercial strategy and supporting continued business growth following recent acquisitions.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong background in quantity surveying, ideally with relevant industry experience aligned with infrastructure, critical national projects, or related sectors. You should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.
