In this full-time role, you will bring your automotive skills directly to our customers’ driveways, delivering exceptional service and technical expertise on the go.
We are offering a competitive annual salary of £34,009 to £35,038, backed by a 44-hour contract with an opportunity for bonuses. The shift pattern operates between Monday and Sunday, including working every other weekend from 7:30 to 19:30, though a 5-day week pattern may also be available for the right candidate.
As a key representative of the Halfords brand, your day-to-day responsibilities will typically involve:
- Travelling directly to customer locations to carry out mobile tyre fitting, repairs, and related vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Using your technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities to accurately diagnose and resolve vehicle issues on-site.
- Delivering outstanding customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with every client.
- Maintaining a well-equipped mobile unit, ensuring all tools, equipment, and stock are managed safely and efficiently.
- Adhering strictly to health, safety, and environmental standards while working independently in various outdoor environments.
