Kier Group is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Agent to join our Severn Trent Framework based in Wanlip. This is a full-time position working 45 hours per week, with some flexibility on hours available for the right candidate, which we are happy to discuss further during the application process.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our construction operations, playing a vital part in managing site activities and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Serving as a key point of contact on site, you will collaborate closely with various teams and stakeholders to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Managing day-to-day site operations and overseeing construction activities on site.
- Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Monitoring project progress against programmes and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Managing on-site resources, materials, and subcontractor performance.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Resolving technical issues and managing site documentation effectively.
Please note that we are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to candidates for this role, so applicants must already have the right to work in the UK. The salary for this position is £43,419 per year.
