All Care is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our established team on a full-time basis. Based in Scotsgrove, Thame, and serving the surrounding areas, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional, person-centred home care to individuals in our community, drawing on our more than 20 years of experience in the care sector.
In this full-time role offering a salary of £28,000 per annum (based on a 40-hour work week), you will assist clients with daily living activities, promote their independence, and ensure their comfort and safety at home. We strive to make your working day as smooth and manageable as possible by providing grouped visits, advanced rotas, and minimal travel gaps between calls.
Key responsibilities in this position typically include:
- Assisting clients with personal care routines and daily living tasks
- Administering or prompting medication as outlined in care plans
- Preparing meals and assisting with light household duties
- Providing meaningful companionship and emotional support
- Accurately recording daily care notes and reporting any changes in client well-being
