We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Glasgow Prestwick Intnl Airport in Prestwick on a full-time basis, with a competitive salary of £38,000 to £42,000 per year.

Your core responsibilities in this leadership role typically include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing your restaurant team to achieve their full potential and maintain high standards of performance
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service, food safety, and quality standards
- Managing financial performance, including labor costs, stock control, and driving sales growth
- Fostering an inclusive, energetic, and engaging workplace culture where team members feel valued and encouraged to be themselves
- Ensuring full compliance with health and safety, food hygiene, and company policies and procedures
