Witherslack Group is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis in New Bilton, Rugby. As a Teaching Assistant with Witherslack Group, your day-to-day responsibilities will typically involve supporting classroom teachers with lesson delivery, providing one-on-one or small group guidance to students, and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment. You will play a key role in building trusting relationships with students, helping them overcome barriers to learning, and encouraging their personal and academic growth. We are looking for individuals who are approachable, resilient, and genuinely passionate about education and youth support. While specific classroom experience is valued, a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to helping students succeed are the most important qualities for this role.
