BINNY DOSANJH PTY LTD is currently seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. Located in Beveridge, VIC 3753, this role offers a competitive salary range of A$80,000 to A$90,000 per year. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a solid background in commercial fleet management to oversee our operational assets and ensure optimal efficiency across our vehicle and equipment inventory.
As the Fleet Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day coordination and strategic oversight of our company fleet. Your expertise will help maintain safety standards, control operational costs, and streamline our logistical capabilities. This is a hands-on position suited for a proactive organizer and skilled negotiator.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Managing all company vehicles, associated equipment, and fuel usage efficiently.
- Organizing the purchase, registration, and routine maintenance schedules for all company vehicles.
- Negotiating effectively with vehicle suppliers, service providers, and dealerships for the procurement of new vehicles and parts.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive fleet management policies, standard operating procedures, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Monitoring fleet performance, tracking expenses, and ensuring full compliance with relevant transport regulations and company standards.
