HelloFresh Australia is seeking a full-time Category Manager Packaging & Sustainability to join the team based in The Rocks, Sydney. In this exciting role, you will report directly to the Senior International Category Manager for Packaging and play a key part in shaping our environmental and sourcing initiatives.
As the Category Manager Packaging & Sustainability, you will be responsible for a range of strategic and operational tasks to support our growing operations across Australia and New Zealand. Your core responsibilities will typically include:
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop and lead comprehensive category strategies.
- Driving continuous process improvement initiatives across the supply chain in Australia and New Zealand.
- Acting as the primary point of escalation for daily operational matters related to packaging and procurement.
- Processing and analyzing complex data to inform strategic decision-making and track sustainability metrics.
- Identifying opportunities for more sustainable packaging solutions while maintaining cost-efficiency and quality standards.
