Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Braintree is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis in the West Side area of Worcester County. - Evaluating patients to assess physical limitations, functional abilities, and rehabilitation potential
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific recovery goals
- Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and pain-management techniques
- Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated patient care
- Documenting patient progress, treatment responses, and functional outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
- Educating patients and their families on home exercise programs and post-discharge safety measures
This part-time position offers a competitive and fixed annual salary of $114,637 per year.
