We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Child Care Worker to join our team on a full-time basis.
In this rewarding role, you will play an essential part in supporting the daily routines and developmental milestones of the children in our care. Your responsibilities will typically include:
- Supervising and caring for children in a safe, engaging, and supportive environment.
- Assisting with the implementation of age-appropriate learning and development activities.
- Monitoring children’s behavior and wellbeing, and communicating effectively with colleagues and families.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and secure classroom or play space in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Assisting with daily routines such as meal times, rest periods, and personal care.
To be successful in this position, you should be a dedicated professional with a genuine passion for early childhood education and care. You will need strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families, and team members within the VOYAGE EDUCATION PTY LTD community.
This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary range of A$79,000 to A$85,000 per year, commensurate with your background and qualifications.
