Cockburn Cement is currently seeking a safety-focused and mechanically minded Operator Maintainer to join our operations team on a full-time basis in Leschenault, within the Harvey Area. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a fixed continuous production plant, converting Quicklime through a hydration process into finished Milk of Lime product. You will play an important role in maintaining product quality, meeting customer requirements, and ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and strictly to specification.
As a key member of our site team, your day-to-day responsibilities will typically involve monitoring plant equipment, performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent downtime, and troubleshooting operational issues as they arise. You will work closely with fellow team members and supervisors to uphold high standards of workplace safety and environmental compliance.
