- Providing responsive, empathetic, and efficient support to constituents, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Assisting with general office administration, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, and coordinating schedules.
- Supporting the Member of Parliament with community engagement activities, local events, and stakeholder communications.
- Drafting letters, emails, and briefing materials to address various community and constituent matters.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure the electorate office runs smoothly and effectively.
