VA Technic Perth is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, organised, and motivated Service Advisor to join the team on a part-time basis in the Perth CBD area and help change the standard of automotive service.
As our Service Advisor, you will be the face of our workshop and the first point of contact for our customers. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being part of a close-knit team, we would love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Greeting customers warmly and professionally upon their arrival at the workshop
- Liaising between customers and the mechanical team to explain service requirements and repair recommendations
- Booking in appointments, managing schedules, and coordinating workflow for the workshop
- Preparing quotes, estimates, and processing invoices for completed work
- Ensuring all customer queries, whether in person, via phone, or through email, are handled promptly and effectively
