As an RN in our orthopedics department, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality care to patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, joint replacements, and related conditions. Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient recovery, and provide education to patients and their families throughout the healing process.
