Trinity Health is seeking a dedicated and qualified Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join a growing, high-performing team in the Davenport and Scott County region, serving Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois. This is an exciting opportunity to become a foundational member of a new and rapidly expanding orthopedic practice, offering you the unique ability to help design, develop, and elevate a comprehensive Hand and Upper Extremity program from day one.
We are looking for a fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible surgeon who is passionate about delivering the full spectrum of patient-centered hand and upper extremity care. In this role, you will collaborate closely with an expanding network of medical professionals to provide exceptional clinical outcomes and compassionate service to our patient community.
Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Providing expert medical and surgical care for a wide variety of hand, wrist, and upper extremity conditions.
- Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients in both outpatient and inpatient clinical settings.
- Performing surgical procedures with a high standard of clinical excellence and safety.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including physical therapists, nurses, and fellow specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient recovery.
- Participating in program development and contributing to the strategic growth of the orthopedic service line.
Compensation details for this role reflect an annual salary of $128,445.
