As an Area Manager based in Bodicote, Banbury, you will play a crucial full-time role in making sure your site is running as smoothly as it should so that we can consistently meet customer demand.
In this dynamic leadership position, you will be leading a dedicated team that helps keep our operations safe, efficient, and of a high quality. Your daily responsibilities will naturally involve supporting your staff, overseeing workflow, ensuring safety standards are strictly maintained, and taking on a number of projects across our network to drive productivity and continuous improvement.
