As a Superflex Patrol Roadside Mechanic, your daily responsibilities will involve attending to motorists at the roadside, diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, and working efficiently to get our members safely back on their way. You will experience weekly variety in your schedule, working an average of 40 hours per week across the year. Roster details are provided in advance, allowing you to thrive outside of the traditional 9-to-5 work environment.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Relevant technical qualifications and strong practical experience in vehicle maintenance and mechanical repair
- A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- The ability to work independently, problem-solve under pressure, and deliver exceptional customer service
- A flexible approach to working hours and shift patterns as required by the operational needs of the service
