All Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our care team on a full-time basis in Church Crookham, Fleet. For over 20 years, All Care Services has delivered exceptional, person-centred home care, and we are looking for individuals who share our commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others.
In this role, you will provide essential care and support to clients within the local community, helping them maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes. Duties are centered around person-centred care principles and generally involve assisting clients with daily living activities, personal care, companionship, and medication reminders, tailored to each individual’s unique support plan.
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A genuine passion for helping others and a compassionate, empathetic nature
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and strong communication skills
- A professional approach to caregiving and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a supportive team
- Previous experience in care or support work is welcome, though standard training and guidance will be part of onboarding
This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary range of £13 to £14 per year.
