This is a full-time opportunity offering a market-competitive base salary of £36,400 with a realistic OTE of £60,000 to £61,000 per year, supported by bonuses and enhanced overtime rates for top performers.
As a Roadside Technician, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve responding to breakdowns, diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, and working to get our members safely back on the road. You will be a vital frontline representative of the RAC, delivering exceptional customer service during stressful situations and providing reliable roadside solutions.
Key details of the role include:
- Start and finish your shifts directly from your own driveway
- Demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week
- Optional overtime opportunities available to increase your earnings
- Part of the Luton cluster, covering areas such as Luton, Dunstable, and surrounding locations
