Amazon TA is seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician to join the EMA5 RME team based in Glendon, Kettering. The annual salary for this position is £44,961.
Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team is central to Amazon’s commitment to innovation. As a Senior RME Technician, you will help us stay one step ahead, adopting the latest technologies and identifying new and efficient ways of working within our facility.
In this role, you will pay close attention to our operational processes to help maintain our high standards of safety, quality, and productivity, and you will put in place upgrades to take those standards even further. You will work collaboratively with engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot, maintain, and improve automated equipment and systems.
Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Performing advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of material handling equipment and automated systems.
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives and technological upgrades to enhance operational efficiency.
- Adhering strictly to site safety policies and maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
- Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance on critical machinery and infrastructure.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical bottlenecks in the daily workflow.
