In this leadership position, you will guide a dedicated team of six Business Analysts and help shape the strategic direction of business analysis across a diverse and evolving portfolio of work.
As the Business Analysis Team Lead, you will oversee critical initiatives spanning infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, security uplift, and business application transformations. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality outcomes while continuously building team capability and fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
Key responsibilities in this role typically include:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of business analysts to achieve performance and professional growth goals.
- Guiding the strategic direction of business analysis methodologies and practices across the portfolio.
- Overseeing business analysis activities for complex technology and operational initiatives, including cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, security enhancements, and application transformations.
- Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment and the successful delivery of business outcomes.
- Establishing and maintaining high standards of quality, documentation, and analysis processes across all assigned projects.
