Penn State Health Physician Recruitment is seeking a qualified MIGS surgeon for a full-time academic position within the Division of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at the Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, located in the Swatara Station area of Dauphin County. This position offers an annual salary of $102,790.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to practice in a true Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery consultative position, completely dedicated to specialized care without general gynecology or obstetric responsibilities. The division currently consists of three full-time faculty surgeons, two nurse practitioners, and three fellows, providing a collaborative environment for patient care, academic growth, and professional development.

- Delivering high-quality patient care within a high-volume surgical practice
- Participating actively in academic teaching and clinical instruction for residents and fellows
- Engaging in clinical research initiatives alongside departmental faculty
