Medical City Dallas is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (Clinical Nurse Coordinator) to join our Medical Surgical Telemetry Unit. This is a permanent, full-time night shift opportunity running from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, located in the Grand Prairie and Dallas area. The annual salary for this position is $102,154.
As an RN Supervisor in our Med Surg Tele department, your expertise and voice in influencing patient care will be deeply valued and empowered at every turn. You will have the opportunity to build open, collaborative relationships with your direct manager and participate in formal hospital councils and national nursing initiatives. In this leadership role, you will help shape decisions that elevate both patient outcomes and the future of nursing within our facility.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Supervising and coordinating daily nursing operations and patient care activities within the Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during the night shift.
- Providing clinical guidance, support, and mentorship to staff nurses and healthcare team members.
- Ensuring adherence to hospital policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements to maintain high-quality patient safety.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize treatment plans and improve patient recovery outcomes.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives, unit-based meetings, and hospital councils to drive clinical excellence.
