Busy Bees, the UK’s leading nursery group with nearly 400 nurseries across the country and more overseas, is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our team in Custom House, East London. This is a full-time opportunity offering an annual salary of £29,952.
As an Early Years Educator within our setting, you will play a leading role in fostering the intellectual, social, and emotional development of the children in our care. You will be joining an established organisation that is dedicated to giving every child the best possible start in life, while also valuing high-quality education and providing ample growth opportunities for our staff.
Your day-to-day responsibilities in this role will typically include:
- Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s early learning and development.
- Observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress in alignment with early years framework guidelines.
- Building positive, supportive relationships with children, parents, and fellow team members.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating nursery environment that promotes exploration and learning.
- Ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in the setting at all times.
