Witherslack Group is currently seeking a dedicated Children’s Residential Support Worker to join our team on a full-time basis in Buttershaw, Bradford. In this role, you will be an integral part of a young person’s day-to-day life, providing essential care, stability, and encouragement through both the highest highs and lowest lows.

The salary for this full-time position is £32,357 per year. Additional earning potential may be available depending on attendance and sleep-in shifts, as outlined in our wider compensation structure.
Key responsibilities in this role typically include:
- Providing compassionate, consistent, and person-centred daily care for children and young people in a residential setting.
- Supporting young people with their education, daily routines, emotional wellbeing, and social activities.
- Building positive, trusting relationships that encourage personal growth and emotional resilience.
- Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and structured home environment in line with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, therapists, and external agencies to support individual care plans.
- Participating in sleep-in shifts as part of the staff rota to ensure 24/7 care and support.
