Ipsos is currently seeking a dedicated Market Research Interviewer to join our team on a full-time basis in Penenden Heath, Maidstone. In this role, offering a salary of £23,500 per year, you will be at the forefront of gathering valuable insights from the public on a variety of important and fascinating topics.
As a key representative of our research initiatives, you will travel directly to respondents’ homes to conduct face-to-face interviews. Your goal will be to create a welcoming environment and ensure respondents feel completely comfortable sharing their opinions. You will clearly explain the survey process, answer any questions they may have, and encourage their participation.
We want you to feel fully prepared for success, which is why you will receive plenty of comprehensive training before you begin. During the interviews, your responsibilities will include accurately recording participant responses and maintaining high standards of data collection and professional conduct.
To be successful in this dynamic, community-facing role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must hold a valid driver’s licence and have a reliable car available for daily travel to respondent locations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage comfortably with people from all walks of life.
- An organized and professional approach to recording data accurately.
- The ability to work independently while representing Ipsos to the highest standard.
