We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile Vehicle Technician to join our team at the RAC. Based around Toot Hill, Ongar, and serving the Harlow area, this full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of our innovative SMR (Service, Maintenance, and Repair) Division as we pioneer a new era of mobile vehicle repair and maintenance.
In this dynamic mobile role, you will be traveling to customer locations to provide high-quality diagnostic, servicing, and repair work directly to vehicles. Working independently and efficiently, you will represent the trusted RAC brand by delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of mechanical workmanship.
The position is offered on a full-time basis, consisting of 40 hours per week. Core working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a requirement to work 1 in 4 Saturdays to ensure our customers receive reliable and timely support.
We offer a highly competitive compensation structure designed to reward your hard work and expertise:
- On-target earnings of up to £57,000 per year, supported by bonus opportunities.
- A competitive base salary starting at £45,378, which is inclusive of any applicable London Weighting Allowance.
- Guaranteed overtime options available to increase your earning potential, alongside additional overtime opportunities.
