PASHUPATI & GOLDEN TEMPLE GROUP PTY LTD is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the commercial and operational management of Burrito Bar Ballina Central, a busy franchise retail food outlet located within the Ballina Central Shopping Centre in West Ballina, NSW.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering an annual salary of $80,000 to $83,000 per annum plus superannuation, based on an in-person work arrangement. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can lead daily store operations and drive business success in a fast-paced retail food environment.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Managing day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Leading, training, and mentoring front-of-house and kitchen team members to maintain high service standards.
- Monitoring financial performance, managing inventory, and controlling operational costs.
- Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and company policies and procedures.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving any customer enquiries or issues promptly.
- Assisting with rostering, stock control, and general administrative duties as required by the business.
To be successful in this position, candidates should possess prior experience in a retail management or food service supervisory role, along with strong leadership and communication skills. The ability to thrive in a high-pressure, customer-facing environment is essential for this role.
