Kempy Investment Pty Ltd, a New South Wales-based privately owned property developer specialising in residential development projects across Sydney and surrounding areas, is currently seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to join our growing team on a full-time basis in the Lane Cove area.
Since 2023, our organisation has been actively involved in land acquisition, planning, design coordination, construction delivery, and after-sales support. We focus primarily on small to medium-sized residential projects, including detached houses, townhouses, and knock-down rebuild developments, collaborating closely with licensed builders, subcontractors, and various industry consultants.
In this role, you will contribute your engineering expertise to our diverse portfolio of residential projects, helping to ensure they are planned, coordinated, and delivered to a high standard. This position offers a competitive annual salary of A$110,000.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Collaborating with internal teams, external consultants, and contractors during the planning and design coordination phases of residential developments.
- Reviewing civil engineering designs, plans, and technical documentation for compliance with relevant standards and project requirements.
- Providing technical advice and support throughout the construction delivery stage, from initial site preparation through to project completion.
- Assisting with site inspections, resolving on-site engineering challenges, and ensuring work aligns with project specifications.
- Contributing to land acquisition due diligence and feasibility assessments from a civil engineering perspective.
