Little Istanbul Restaurant Café is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis in Greenway, Tuggeranong. As a well-established dining destination known for our authentic Turkish cuisine and commitment to high-quality customer service, we are looking for a hands-on leader to help drive our continued success.
In this role, the successful candidate will play a pivotal part in overseeing daily restaurant operations, maintaining our high standards of hospitality, and ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming and memorable dining experience. You will work closely with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff to foster a positive, efficient, and collaborative working environment.
Key responsibilities for the Restaurant Manager include:
- Organising and overseeing daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Training, mentoring, and supervising front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Managing customer inquiries, feedback, and special requests to guarantee high satisfaction levels.
- Assisting with inventory control, ordering, and stock management.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across the venue.
- Supporting the business owners with rostering, administration, and ongoing operational improvements.
The successful applicant will be offered a competitive full-time salary ranging between A$79,000 and A$89,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We are looking for someone with a strong background in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for food and people.
