Allstar Recruitment Group is currently seeking an experienced OH&S Advisor for a full-time, ongoing role working on some of Western Australia’s largest mine sites and civil projects. This opportunity offers competitive rates through Allstar Blue, with potential for permanency for the right candidate on major Rio Tinto sites based in the Port Hedland area.
As an HSE Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting site safety operations, promoting a strong safety culture, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations across large-scale WA projects. Your day-to-day duties will naturally involve conducting safety audits, facilitating inductions, providing guidance to site personnel, and managing incident reporting and risk assessments in demanding industrial environments.
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following key requirements:
- Hold a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, or a minimum of a Cert IV in OH&S
- Possess a Cert IV in Training and Assessing
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working on civil and mine site based projects
- Current Rio Tinto inductions are highly desirable
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
