Australian Ground Engineering is a specialist geotechnical construction company based in Cairns, delivering a diverse range of project works including soil nails, micro-piles, rock fall netting, and remote works. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team on a part-time basis in Manoora, Cairns.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations and ensuring our specialist geotechnical projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. We are looking for an adaptable professional who can lead site teams, coordinate daily activities, and maintain clear communication across all levels of the project.
Key responsibilities and requirements for the role include:
- Demonstrating substantial prior experience within the civil construction industry
- Showcasing a proven ability to successfully manage civil construction projects
- Applying relevant industry knowledge to soil nails, micro-piles, rock fall netting, or remote works
- Coordinating workforce activities and maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards
- Collaborating closely with management, clients, and on-site personnel
