We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Wedding And Events Executive to join our team in Perth CBD, Perth. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering memorable experiences for our guests by coordinating and managing weddings and special events from conception to execution.
Key responsibilities for this role typically include:
- Handling inquiries from prospective clients regarding wedding and event bookings.
- Conducting property tours and consultations to showcase our event spaces and services.
- Collaborating closely with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget.
- Liaising with internal departments such as culinary, banquets, and housekeeping to ensure seamless event execution.
- Managing event logistics, contracts, timelines, and billing details.
- Providing attentive on-site support during weddings and functions to guarantee high standards of guest satisfaction.
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the hospitality industry. Experience in event coordination or sales within a hotel or hospitality environment is highly advantageous.
