Country Road Group is seeking a dedicated and dynamic full-time Cluster Manager to represent the POLITIX brand across multiple standalone and concession sites in the Hampton East and Bayside Area.

As a Cluster Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will typically include the following:
- Inspiring, coaching, and developing a high-performing retail team across multiple locations to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Delivering exceptional customer service that aligns with the premium standards of the POLITIX brand.
- Driving visual merchandising standards and stock management across all assigned sites to maximize commercial opportunities.
- Fostering a positive, collaborative, and engaging store culture that empowers team members to reach their full potential.
- Managing daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and retail best practices.
