Harris Real Estate is currently seeking a driven, full-time Co-Agent to join Marco Wenzel and the Wenzel team. Based out of our coastal Glenelg office and supporting operations across the Adelaide CBD and surrounding regions, this opportunity provides a genuine pathway toward becoming a high-performing listing and selling agent within a structured, relationship-driven business.
Working closely with Marco Wenzel, you will benefit from direct mentorship and support as you build your real estate career. As a Co-Agent, you will help maintain these high standards of client service and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities for this full-time role typically include:
- Assisting Marco Wenzel and the wider team with day-to-day real estate operations and campaign management.
- Communicating professionally with vendors, buyers, and prospective clients to build lasting relationships.
- Supporting property inspections, open homes, and client meetings.
- Coordinating marketing materials, administrative tasks, and database management to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Assisting with buyer management, follow-up calls, and negotiation processes under the guidance of senior team members.
