In this full-time role, you will be an essential part of the store team, playing a key role in connecting customers with our unique sleepwear and lifestyle products while helping to drive overall store performance.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Delivering a memorable, personalised, and engaging customer service experience for every shopper who enters the store
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Assisting with visual merchandising standards to ensure the store environment remains vibrant and inviting
- Supporting day-to-day store operations, including stock management, processing deliveries, and maintaining register standards
- Contributing to a positive, energetic, and supportive team culture
