Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Implementing physical therapy treatment plans and programs under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical activities designed to improve mobility and relieve pain.
- Monitoring, recording, and reporting patient progress, responses, and overall status during treatment sessions.
- Educating patients and their families on home exercise programs and techniques for ongoing recovery and self-care.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment in compliance with clinical standards and hospital guidelines.
The compensation for this full-time position is established at a competitive annual rate of $79,260.
