As a Clinical Dietitian at Encompass Health, you will play a crucial role in promoting health and wellness through personalized nutrition plans. Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Assessing patients’ nutritional needs and clinical status upon admission and throughout their stay
- Developing and implementing individualized dietary and nutrition care plans
- Providing ongoing education and guidance to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and disease management
- Instructing patients on modified diets and monitoring their nutritional progress
- Collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, speech-language pathologists, and other members of the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
