We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile Vehicle Technician to join our SMR Division on a full-time basis, covering the Luton and surrounding Grove and Leighton Buzzard areas. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new era of mobile repair, bringing high-quality servicing, maintenance, and repair directly to our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a wide range of vehicles efficiently and to the highest standards at customer locations. You will manage your mobile workspace professionally, ensuring all tools and equipment are maintained, and communicate clearly with customers regarding the work required on their vehicles.
The working arrangement is 40 hours per week, with core hours running from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, alongside a 1 in 4 Saturday working pattern. To support your success and reward your dedication, we offer a competitive base salary (inclusive of applicable allowances) with on-target earnings of up to £57,000 per year. Additionally, you will have access to a guaranteed overtime option to increase your base salary, as well as further overtime and bonus opportunities.
What we are looking for in our technicians:
- Relevant technical qualifications and practical experience in vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair (SMR).
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while working independently in a mobile environment.
- A valid UK driving licence with the ability to travel across the assigned territory.
- A proactive approach to safety, quality, and efficiency on every job.
