We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager to join our team in Spaxton, Bridgwater on a full-time basis, with a competitive salary ranging from £38,000 to £42,000 per year.
As a Restaurant General Manager at KFC, you will be a champion of originality, individuality, and freshness. You will take total ownership of restaurant operations, driving team performance, financial results, and exceptional customer service standards daily.
Key responsibilities for this role typically include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a diverse restaurant team to create a welcoming and high-performing environment.
- Managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Driving financial performance, including managing labor costs, controlling stock, and maximizing profitability.

- Delivering a seamless, high-quality guest experience that keeps our community coming back for more.
