Warehouse Management Software Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and reliable System Administrator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Located in the beautiful Mandalay region of the Whitsundays Area, this role is essential for maintaining the stability, security, and efficiency of our technological environment. The annual salary range for this position is A$85,000 to A$95,000.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing our servers, networks, and software systems to ensure smooth daily operations. Your expertise will directly contribute to safeguarding company data through proactive security updates, routine backups, and robust disaster recovery planning. You will play a crucial part in supporting our technological infrastructure and helping our team work productively.
Key responsibilities for the System Administrator include:
- Installing and configuring various technology systems, including servers, networks, and software applications.
- Continuously monitoring the performance of IT infrastructure to ensure high reliability and operational efficiency.
- Applying critical security updates, managing system backups, and participating in disaster recovery planning to protect organizational data.
- Troubleshooting technical issues, diagnosing root causes, and implementing effective, long-term resolutions.
- Collaborating with team members to support broader technology initiatives and maintain a secure digital workspace.
