As our Sales & Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the successful launch and sell-down of existing projects within the established contract period. You will utilize your expertise to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for each project, guiding them seamlessly from the pre-launch phase all the way through to final settlement.
Key responsibilities and focus areas for this position include:
- Leading comprehensive sales strategies and pipeline management from pre-launch to settlement.
- Driving the successful launch and sell-down of existing projects within the contract period.
- Setting and managing sales objectives and performance metrics in alignment with company goals.
- Collaborating across teams to ensure cohesive marketing execution and maximum market reach.
