Leidos is seeking a dedicated and experienced Capacity Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in the Canberra Region, Australian Capital Territory. In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting Leidos Australia as we deliver critical IT and airborne solutions that protect and advance the Australian way of life.
As a Capacity Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing capacity planning to ensure our systems and services consistently meet performance and operational requirements. Typical responsibilities for this role include analyzing workload trends, forecasting future resource needs, collaborating with technical teams to resolve capacity constraints, and maintaining comprehensive capacity plans that align with business objectives and service level agreements.
