McNab is seeking trade-qualified carpenters to join our team in South Toowoomba. This is a permanent, full-time position offering steady, long-term employment across a variety of commercial, industrial, and residential projects throughout the Toowoomba region. We are a locally based company that values quality workmanship, safety, and a supportive team culture.
The successful candidates will work on diverse builds including multi-residential developments, industrial facilities, and social housing projects. Day-to-day tasks typically involve reading and interpreting plans, constructing and installing structural frameworks, fitting out interiors, and ensuring all work meets relevant Australian standards and site safety requirements. You will collaborate closely with site supervisors, subcontractors, and other trades to deliver projects on schedule and to a high standard.
We are looking for carpenters who hold a recognised trade qualification (Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent) and have a current White Card. A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport are essential for travelling to sites across the region. Previous experience in commercial or multi-residential construction is highly regarded, though we welcome applicants with a strong residential background who are keen to broaden their skill set.
