As a Physical Therapist with our organization, you will play a vital role in helping patients navigate their recovery journeys, utilizing your specialized skills to deliver high-quality, personalized care. You will work closely with patients to support and evaluate their progress as they achieve their rehabilitation goals in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Evaluating patient conditions, physical limitations, and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans
- Administering comprehensive physical therapy treatments and interventions aligned with patient recovery goals
- Monitoring, documenting, and communicating patient progress and response to therapy
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educating patients and their families on exercises, self-care techniques, and post-discharge management
The annual salary for this full-time position is $87,886.
