We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver CDL-NWP for our weekend shift in Nescopeck, Luzerne County. The scheduled hours for this position are 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, plus a shift differential. The annual salary for this role is $71,399.
As a driver on our team, you will be responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles to transport goods and materials to their destinations in a timely and efficient manner. Your day-to-day duties will typically include:
- Safely operating commercial motor vehicles in accordance with company policies and traffic regulations
- Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operating conditions
- Loading, securing, and unloading freight as required
- Maintaining accurate driving logs and paperwork related to deliveries and hours of service
- Communicating effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Adhering strictly to all safety protocols and guidelines set by GXO Logistics and regulatory agencies
