Banner Health is seeking a dedicated Physician in Internal Medicine to join our team as an Employed Nocturnist Hospitalist in the Phoenix metro area, serving patients in the Paradise Valley and Maricopa County region. In this role, you will provide comprehensive medical care and management for hospitalized adult patients during overnight hours. Responsibilities typically include conducting patient admissions, performing daily evaluations, coordinating interdisciplinary care plans, responding to acute inpatient changes, and ensuring clear communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Position highlights and requirements for this role include:
- Annual compensation of $147,069 per year.
- A scheduled commitment of 168 shifts per year.
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Specialization in Internal Medicine.
