Medical City Dallas is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an RN Supervisor for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) on the day shift. Located in Bedford, Tarrant County, this role offers an annual salary of $140,261. You may also be eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus as part of this opportunity.

Key responsibilities for the RN Supervisor – Progressive Care Unit may include:
- Overseeing daily clinical operations and patient care delivery within the Progressive Care Unit during the day shift.
- Providing clinical guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing staff and healthcare team members.
- Collaborating with unit management to ensure adherence to hospital policies, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Participating in hospital councils and nursing initiatives to drive continuous improvement in patient outcomes and care practices.
- Assisting in the coordination of resources, workflow management, and staffing to meet patient acuity needs.
- Serving as a resource and advocate for patients, families, and staff members.
