The annual salary for this position is fixed at $86,385. As a professional Registered Nurse in our Cardiovascular ICU unit, you will serve as a primary advocate for your patients and their families, delivering high-level clinical care in a fast-paced, specialized environment. Candidates must hold an active RN license and possess the appropriate clinical background to manage complex cardiovascular intensive care patients effectively.
Key responsibilities for this position typically include:
- Providing comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to critically ill cardiovascular patients in an ICU setting.
- Monitoring patient hemodynamic status, heart rhythms, and vital signs, responding swiftly to acute changes in patient condition.
- Collaborating closely with physicians, multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and department leadership to coordinate patient treatment plans.
- Acting as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring clear communication regarding prognoses, care plans, and procedures.
