Trinity Health is seeking a qualified PRN Hospitalist to join Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) in Nampa, Idaho. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a physician-led, 650-provider multispecialty group serving patients across the region.
In this role, you will be part of a collaborative Nampa-based team consisting of 12 hospitalists, operating within a larger regional group that includes 32 physicians and 12 advanced practice providers based in Boise. The team manages a high-acuity medical service at Saint Alphonsus Medical Center in Nampa, a community hospital featuring a 100-bed facility currently expanding to 250 beds, a closed ICU, and a Level III trauma designation.
Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include:
- Providing comprehensive inpatient medical care, evaluations, and treatment management for hospitalized patients
- Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary care teams, specialists, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care
- Managing admissions, discharges, and urgent medical needs within a high-acuity hospital environment
- Maintaining accurate and timely electronic health record documentation for all patient encounters
Compensation for this PRN position is structured at $97,629 per year. The schedule and exact shift distributions are designed to offer flexibility appropriate for a PRN arrangement while supporting the operational needs of the hospitalist service.
